It was game day, the Friday before Super Bowl LIII, and the Schroth School Sharks took on Monmouth University Hawks in a tough battle on the gridiron for the championship.

On a very chilly Saturday in January, 150 brave souls ran into the Atlantic Ocean to support LADACIN Network and the J. Michael Hartnett Memorial. The event raised over $90,000 for the Agency!
Tuesday, December 12th was an exciting day at the Schroth Center, when Santa Claus arrived with about 70 student athletes from Monmouth University.
Another Christmas means another visit from Tim McLoone and Holiday Express! The Lehmann Center in Lakewood hosted Holiday Express in late November, and Schroth was visited in mid- December.

Team LADACIN, led by team leader Joseph Walker participated in their seventh consecutive New Jersey Marathon in support of LADACIN Network.
Kids Move is a way to give children the opportunity to run their first “marathon”. However, instead of running 26.2 miles in one day they do it in 5 weeks!

Both Lehmann and Schroth schools were lucky enough to be visited by Holiday Express this season and enjoyed a wonderful day of celebrating the holidays. At both locations, professional musicians and other adult volunteers led the group in carols and interactive songs and mingled with the children and adults in the audience.
Santa came a little early to Schroth School on Thursday, Dec. 8th, accompanied by 31 student athletes from Monmouth University.
Many students and clients that attend LADACIN are non-verbal due to the nature of their disability. As you can imagine, the ability to communicate effectively opens up a new world for children and adults who have previously been unable to express themselves in meaningful ways.
Several hundred people gathered at the Sheraton Eatontown on March 12th for LADACIN Network’s premier fundraising event, the Rosebud Gala. In addition to dining and dancing, the elegant evening included an award ceremony in which the Agency’s most prestigious partners are acknowledged.
Barlo & Associates Architects, LLC headquartered in Brick, New Jersey presented LADACIN Network’s Executive Director, Patricia Carlesimo with a Capital Needs Assessment to evaluate the safety and physical infrastructure of three LADACIN buildings and provide a template for LADACIN to use on its remaining facilities.
