Important information from the Division of Developmental Disabilities (DDD)
The Division of Developmental Disabilities is aware of the confusion that has unexpectedly accompanied the transition to the new department-wide Fiscal Intermediary, Public Partnerships. As we shared in a previous email, every Self-Directed Employee (SDE) Option participant not yet transitioned will be outreached by Public Partnerships directly to ensure successful Individual/Employer and SDE enrollment. During this time, Division-funded services will continue uninterrupted.
Key Division staff are in daily contact with Public Partnerships operations to troubleshoot and resolve issues so that SDEs and Qualified Providers can be appropriately paid for services rendered.
In addition, we are asking all division providers to review an Urgent Fee-for-Service Update, which is also posted on DDD’s News and Announcements web page.
