Early Intervention Services
Early Intervention Services are designed to enhance the development of the child aged birth through 3 years who has developmental delays or disabilities. Services build on the child’s strengths through developmentally appropriate activities and enhance the capacity of the family to meet the developmental and health related needs of the child. Services are delivered in the home or in natural settings, such as a preschool, to foster opportunities for the development of relationships with children without disabilities and to enable the family to develop and use lasting networks of natural support.
